School Library Mission Statement

Our Husky library serves the students and faculty of Holbrook elementary. Our purpose is to provide:

A lifelong love of reading a variety of literature which they can locate in our diverse collection

An understanding of literary terms and the elements of a story

The ability to understand and think critically about media messages

The tools to find answers to questions and give credit to sources providing answers

A fun hub of our school where students want to gather
